Learning Lab: Consumer Behaviour – Motivating Buying Decisions
August 18 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
What motivates people to buy? How do different demographics vary? What are psychographics? How would you use them in your business?
Consumer behaviour is the study of how people make decisions when they purchase. It helps businesses and marketers capitalize on these behaviours by predicting how and when a consumer will make a purchase. By identifying what influences these decisions, we can highlight strategies to proactively manipulate behaviour.
We will look at the main theories and show how you can use them in your day-to-day operations. It’s not magic…it’s science!
